Inclusive terms and conditions for services rendered by Wildkat Ltd. It is taken for granted that once any customer has paid for any works, products or services with us, accepted an estimate or booked a service with us for a future date, they have read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions before doing so & therefore accept them in proceeding with any such works. Where multiple products or services are purchased or a product is bought with a service for instance a router is purchased with installation all terms applicable to both product and service shall apply.

Returns Products Purchased Policy:

  • Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to return damaged goods.
  • Returns must be sent to our distributor at the customer’s expense.
  • Customers must notify us of the return and provide proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Dispatch for direct delivery Policy:

  • Orders placed on our website Monday – Thursday before 1600 will be dispatched the next day via DPD whenever possible.
  • Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday wherever possible.
  • Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

General Payment Terms:

  • Clients on monthly plans must make payment by direct debit or standing order on the first of each month.
  • Late payments will incur a £25 per day admin charge.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of services or termination of the contract.
  • Printing works require a none refundable security deposit payment to be made which shall be proportionate to the value of the works.
  • Any deposit payment received shall be none refundable on any design or printing works.
  • Orders received for installation services shall be charged upfront by invoice, payment of that invoice denotes acceptance of our terms

Printing Terms:

  • Clients are expected to assess proofs & approve them before printing.
  • Wildkat Ltd. Does not accept any responsibility for typing, spelling, content or any other errors that the client raises after proof acceptance or upon delivery of printed media
  • Should the client fail to notice any error or omission in the final proof PDF, no reprint shall be possible unless an error with printing has occurred resulting in miss printing.
  • Assuming the final print content matches that of the PDF proof that is accepted by the client, either via email, WhatsApp, or in person, the print shall be considered complete & the client will be unable to retrospectively request amendments
  • Once a print job is confirmed & the client has accepted the proof, a print job may not be altered for any reason
  • All print jobs must be paid for, in full, before the print is ordered. Any cancelled orders shall receive a refund where printing has not been undertaken, less the deposit payment listed in our standard payment terms.
  • Should a client fail to properly proofread any works and issue approval for them, they accept full responsibility for this and shall not be entitled to a refund on the basis of miss spelling or errors they’ve not submitted before printing.

OrdaPad Service:

  • Customers using our OrdaPad service agree to a 12-month minimum term.
  • The equipment provided remains the property of Wildkat Ltd.
  • Customers are responsible for any damages or loss of equipment during the contract term.
  • Clients shall be charged a standard call-out fee of £25 + £25 per hour for technical call-outs arising from user error, interference, or damage.

Installation Services:

  • Customers receiving installation services must approve the works upon completion.
  • Customers must be present during the installation to address any concerns or issues.
  • Complaints after the engineer has left will not be resolved free of charge in retrospect.
  • Additional charges may apply for any changes or modifications requested after the installation.

Social Media Management & Marketing Services:

  • Social Media Management Fees are payable on the first of each month
  • Social media management agreements are subject to specified terms within the agreement for the specific project
  • Wildkat Ltd. reserves the right to refuse creation requests where those requests fall outside of the scope of the project or where those works should be charged separately
  • The client is solely responsible for advertising budgets for paid ads, on top of their monthly fee
  • The client is always responsible for payment of printing costs and shall be invoiced by Wildkat Ltd. Accordingly

Contractual Agreement:

  • Signed orders of work constitute a contract between Wildkat Ltd and the named client.
  • Once the works are agreed upon and signed, they cannot be canceled without payment of a termination fee of £300. This fee is to cover any costs or losses incurred by Wildkat Ltd due to canceled works.
  • Once an agreement has been made, invoice paid or quote accepted, our standard terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted.

BROADBAND CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all broadband services provided By Wildkat Ltd. or Wildkat | Connect, regardless of the technology used or customer type.

Payment Terms:

  • Payments are due on their due date on their invoices, immediate payment when ordering online or on the 1st of each month for Direct debit services.
  • Services may be suspended if payment is not received on time.
  • Late payments shall attract a £25 late payment fee


Acceptable Use:

  • Clients must not use the service for any illegal activities.
  • Clients are responsible for all activity conducted through their broadband connection.


Liability:

  • Clients who fail to make payments accept full financial liability.


Minimum Term:

  • Clients agree to a minimum 18-month contract term.

As Wildkat Ltd. enters into various agreements with clients – some clients may, at our sole discretion be offered terms differing from those posted here – in this event, they shall be provided with a signed statement of terms which is only valid when signed & dated by both the client & a Director of Wildkat Ltd.

You agree to abide by these terms and conditions by using our website or services. Making any payment to Wildkat Ltd. Shall constitute your formal acceptance where signed documentation is not recieved.

Wildkat Ltd reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the terms and conditions regularly.
